These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of dentaflylondon.co.uk and to consultations and treatment booked with DentaFly London. By using this website or booking with us, you agree to these terms.
This website is operated by DentaFly London, 230 Church Ln, London NW9 8SN, United Kingdom. You can reach us at [email protected] or +44 7462 172110.
The content on this website is for general information only. It is not medical advice and does not replace a clinical examination. Treatment suitability, results and recovery times vary from person to person and can only be confirmed after a consultation with one of our dentists.
Every treatment begins with a consultation. After your assessment we will give you a written treatment plan and estimate before any treatment starts. Treatment only goes ahead once you have given your informed consent.
Prices shown on this website are a guide and may change. The price that applies to you is the one in your written treatment plan. Payment terms, including any deposit, will be explained to you before treatment begins.
Please give us at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment, so we can offer the time to another patient. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may mean we ask for a deposit to secure future bookings.
When you send a form or book online, please make sure the details you provide are accurate. Submitting a form is a request for an appointment or a call back; your booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you.
If you are unhappy with any part of our service, please contact us at [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it promptly and fairly.
